    Our strategy is to capture the demand funnel for stable, high-quality single-family tenants. We use demand visibility to acquire and develop assets at a lower risk and higher productivity than other operators.

    We are squarely focused on a specific stable tenant type in select rapidly-growing targeted employment zones where existing supply cannot meet housing demands.

    We use conservative leverage, a sophisticated leasing operating, and institutional-quality asset management to aggregate smaller assets into stabilized institutional-grade portfolios.

    Aggregate Lower Middle Market Assets Into Institutional Portfolios

    Institutional investors are chasing opportunities in our focus markets but are structured to be hands-off owners of large portfolios. EMC is focused on aggregating lower middle market assets, adapting them to serve high-quality tenants.

    High Employment Growth Markets

    Our goal is develop portfolios in targeted employment growth markets early on, with limited housing supply.

    This gives us unfair access to demand trends and allows us to lower upfront deal risk with measurable upside.

    Consistency Creates Alpha

    Homogenous portfolios for hands-off acquirers create a unique opportunity capture exit premiums not available to fragmented operators. A laser-focus on asset type consistency optimized for a specific tenant type allows EMC to systematize operations across our portfolio to reducing operating costs and increase portfolio value.

    Tax-Focused Investment Management

    We are long-term investors and use tax-efficient investment tools to maximize after-tax returns for our investor partners. We intend to hold assets for medium to long-periods of time and offer investors 1031 exchange opportunities whenever possible to allow long-term investors to defer tax gains.

    Eagle Mountain Capital is a real estate private equity platform that acquires and develops stable tenant, institutional-quality single-family real estate in hard-to-access growth markets throughout the South Central states.

    We are an operationally intensive operator that works on behalf of investors to aggregate high-yield, lower middle market assets into institutional-grade portfolios and hold them for the long term.

    Our investment strategy is focused on the following:

    • Target markets: We invest in hard-to-access growth markets throughout the South Central states. These markets are characterized by strong population growth, job growth, and rising incomes.
    • Asset class: We invest in single-family real estate. Single-family homes are a relatively illiquid asset class, which provides us with the opportunity to generate attractive returns and superior risk-adjusted returns.
    • Investment horizon: We have a long-term investment horizon. We typically hold our investments for 10-15 years. This allows us to generate stable cash flow and ride out short-term market volatility.
